The Theatertreffen’s talent platforms promote emerging talent in a variety of theatre professions and offer opportunities for exchange, debate and networking. The Stückemarkt provides a springboard for the careers of undiscovered playwrights from all over Europe. The International Forum enables theatremakers from around the world to get to grips with questions of contemporary theatre. The festival newspaper offers ambitious journalists the chance to make a name for themselves as theatre critics. A new addition since 2006 has been the talent day, with initiatives, a trade fair and workshops. From 2008 this will be international.
