Claudia Nola

Head of Communications

Claudia Nola has been Head of Communications and Deputy Director of Berliner Festspiele since 2016. In addition, she is involved in the institution’s digitalisation projects across its divisions. She was Head of Berliner Festspiele’s press office from 2014–2016. Previous professional stations include Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin (2001–2013) and the municipal theatre of the city of Cologne (1995-2000); she was Head of the press and public relations offices at both of these institutions. She studied German and Romance philology as well as philosophy at Cologne University and the University of Pisa.
