Sasha Waltz

Since founding her dance company Sasha Waltz & Guests in 1993, choreographer and dancer Sasha Waltz has established herself as an important protagonist of contemporary music. In countless works such as Körper, S, nobody and insideout, Sasha Waltz has developed an arsenal of new forms of movement. In her choreographed pieces, she often incorporates contemporary music, working with composer such as Wolfgang Rihm and Pascal Dusapin. In 2005 Sasha Waltz began choreographing operas.
