The “TALKING STRAIGHT FESTIVAL” is an international theatre festival in “Fremdsprache (Foreign Language)”, an invented language. It presents the Western world’s straight theatre as a fascinating, exotic new discovery. For one day, the Haus der Berliner Festspiele will be transformed into the parallel universe of a contemporary theatre festival, complete with guest performances, speeches, artists’ talks, concerts and a festival lounge as well as sponsors and a patron – from accreditation to Twitterwall, completely in “Fremdsprache”.

Conceived by Daniel Cremer / TALKING STRAIGHT

With art works by Heike-Karin Föll and Sadie Weis
