The Kapulikaupunki Broken Heart Orchestra

The band from the dark country of the mid-summer night plays almost everything which is fun, from Tom Waits and Manfred Krug to Russian punk rock and German-Finnish tango. The sturdy drinkers and melancholy inventors of the sauna (who have an irritating resemblance to some of the actors from the Munich Kammerspiele) tell of heartache and longings, of the customs and traditions of the Lapps and the Sames.
