YOYI! Care, Repair, Heal
Breathwork
With MiTu
Breathwork is a type of guided, dynamic trance breathing meditation. It is based on holotropism, a technique of controlled and accelerated breathing patterns. Conscious, focused and full breathing allow the participants to reach an expanded state of consciousness. The technique aims to set in motion collective as well as personal transformation processes in motion.

MiTu works as a life coach and he supports people to find out more about themselves. By touching and moving the body, through conscious breathing and conversations, MiTu accompanies people step by step on the path to the body's own self-healing. For this he uses various tools such as breathwork, bodywork, energywork and communication through coaching.
This event is part of Breathe, a discourse programme that unfolds in echo to the upcoming exhibition YOYI! Care, Repair, Heal and explores how different power relations impact our ability to breathe. The programme is curated by Magnus Elias Rosengarten.
