Vincent Riebeek

Vincent Riebeek was born in the Netherlands and began dancing Hip Hop and Streetdance when he was a teenager. After leaving school, he trained as a professional dancer at SNDO (School for New Dance Development). His duet with Florentina Holzinger, “Kein Applaus für Scheiße”, received great acclaim and can still be seen at various performance festivals. Their second piece “Spirit” was premiered in 2012 at the CAMPO art centre in Ghent. “Wellness”, a piece that Vincent Riebeek developed with Florentina Holziner and other performers, premiered in Düsseldorf in 2013.

Duo Holzinger/Riebeek met at SNDO (School for New Dance Development) in Amsterdam, where they both trained. Soon after their time at SNDO, they claimed a place within the contemporary dance and performance scene as Holzinger/Riebeek.
