Katja Hagedorn

Katja Hagedorn started out as assistant director and dramaturge at the Maxim Gorki Theater and Deutsches Theater in Berlin. She has worked with the Swedish playwright and director Lars Norén in various productions in Sweden and Norway. From 2009 to 2013 she was a dramaturge at the Zurich Schauspielhaus, where she co-operated with Barbara Frey, Karin Henkel, Daniela Löffner, Sebastian Nübling, Rimini Protokoll, Ruedi Hausermann, René Pollesch and Stefan Pucher. Hagedorn has been a freelance dramaturge since 2013, among others at the Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin, the Schauspielhaus in Zurich, the Theater Hebbel am Ufer in Berlin, the Opera Amsterdam and the Théâtre Vidy in Lausanne.
