Much in demand for the 17th and 18th century repertoire, the Polish tenor regularly works with conductors of the historically informed practice as: J.E. Gardiner, G. Antonini, Spinosi, Currentzis, S. Montanari, Spering, Ehrhardt, Alessandrini, Luks, Biondi, Bonizzoni. Krystian Adam starred as Orfeo in Monteverdi’s “L’Orfeo” and “Vespers” with Sir J.E. Gardiner on a US and European tour. Recent engagements included: Mozart’s “Great Mass in C Minor” in France with Raphaël Pichon and with the Düsseldorfer Symphoniker with Sir Neville Marriner; “Le Nozze di Figaro” under Ivor Bolton and “Adriana Lecouvreur” at ROH in London; “Idomeneo” in Venice under Jeffrey Tate; Bach’s “Magnificat” in Berlin; “La Fanciulla del West” (Joe) at La Scala in Milan with Chailly; “Le Nozze di Figaro” in Amsterdam; Handel’s “Messiah” with Spinosi on tour in Europe; “L’Orfeo” (title role) and “Il Ritorno di Ulisse in Patria” (Telemaco) with Gardiner on tour in Europe and US for the Monteverdi 450; “Don Giovanni” in Milan and Tel Aviv; Rossini’s “Mosè in Egitto” in Naples; Salieri’s “La Fiera di Venezia” in Schwetzingen and Leverkusen with L’Arte del Mondo; “L’Incoronazione di Poppea” in Barcelona, Bilbao; “San Giovanni Battista” in Salzburg; “Idomeneo” in Madrid, Robert Carsen directing; “Messiah” in Pistoia and Prague and Dresden with Collegium 1704; Monteverdi's “L'Orfeo” in Leverkusen and Dusseldorf with L’Arte del Mondo; Grimoaldo in “Rodelinda” in Lyon; “Saul” in Brno and Prague; “San Giovanni Battista” at the Salzburg Festival; “King Roger” and “Paukenmesse” at the Wratislavia Cantans; “La Resurrezione” with La Risonanza in Milan and on tour; “Israel in Egypt” with Collegium 1704 on tour in Europe; Bach’s “Matthäus Passion” at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées. Plans include “Die Entführung aus dem Serail” in Glyndebourne; “Messiah” at the Festival Monteverdi in Cremona; “Saul” (Jonathan) in Znojmo and Helesov; “Benvenuto Cellini” with Sir J.E. Gardiner and Monteverdi Choir and Orchestra on tour in Europe; “Le Nozze di Figaro” in Vienna, Lucerne and London; Haydn’s “Orfeo” in Eisenstadt; “L’Ercole Amante” in Paris and in Versailles; “Idomeneo” (title role) in Tel Aviv; Corselli’s “Achille in Sciro” in Madrid.
