Joshua Wicke
Joshua Wicke studied Philosophy, Economics and Dramaturgy in Berlin and Potsdam. He has worked as a dramaturg with Auftrag : Lorey, Martin Laberenz, Max Linz and Turbo Pascal. In addition to working as a dramaturg – at theatres such as the Deutsches Theater Berlin, HAU – Hebbel am Ufer and the sophiensæle – he curated the discussion series “The ABC of the Crisis” at Galerie Sprechsaal, with speakers including Bonaventure Soh Bejeng Ndikung, Margarita Tsomou and Klaus Theweleit. Together with Anna Zett he devised the radio play “Funkstille”. He currently teaches at the FU Berlin and – along with Sandra Umathum and Björn Pätz – curates “Dirty Debüt”, a platform for emerging performance artists.
