Kolektiv Igralke and Tjaša Črnigoj

Kolektiv Igralke (Sendi Bakotić, Ana Marija Brđanović, Anja Sabol, Vanda Velagić – Rijeka, Croatia) is an all-female theatre collective, dedicated to non-hierarchical creation of performance practices that reinvent the relationship of art and community in a playful, collaborative and activist manner. Tjaša Črnigoj (Ljubljana, Slovenia) is a theatre director focused on devised theatre practice and particularly interested in documentary theatre. “Bakice / Grannies” is their first collaboration where they were joint in a mutual mission to increase visibility of underrepresented narratives and make theatre with real impact.
