Australian actress and director Pamela Hunter staged a series of contemporary music theatre works in collaboration with Nimrod Opera Zurich. She also made a name for herself acting in her own performances. Pamela Hunter staged “Messa da Requiem” by Giuseppe Verdi in France and Morton Feldman’s music theatre work “Neither” in the Czech Republic. She also realised an award-winning production of Sir William Walton’s “Façade” with speakers and instruments for the BBC. Her portrait of James Joyce and her 1920s performance “Großstadt oder Leben ohne Verdünnung”, which was inspired by Otto Dix’ paintings, was critically acclaimed.
