Participation in Lotteries

Conditions for participation in lotteries from Berliner Festspiele

The organiser of respective lotteries of the Berliner Festspiele is the Berliner Festspiele division of the Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin (KBB) GmbH.

Any person may take part in lotteries except for employees of the Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin (KBB) GmbH and with the exception of cases where other laws (e.g. Jugendschutzgesetz or Youth Protection Law etc.) indicate otherwise.

The winner’s draw takes place at the latest two working days after the lottery has ended.

The determination of the winners takes place – unless otherwise specified – in a random selection procedure which includes all participants.

The winners will be informed of their winnings and the procedure for delivery of their prize. No other participants will be informed.

If the winners do not respond to the their prize notification, their entitlement to the prize expires four weeks after the end of the lottery (in the case of CDs etc.) or at the start of the event (in the case of admission tickets).

The participants must not slander, or make false statements, infringe competition, brand or copyright laws. The organizer is exempted from potential third-party claims.

The data collected (according to the type of lottery: name, address, telephone number, email address) will be used exclusively for the purposes of the respective lottery and not passed onto third parties.

The event organizer reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel the lottery if necessary. Names of winners will only be publicized if this is agreed to in advance or references are made anonymously.
