Michelle Volta
BPA at Gropius Studios
During the lockdown enacted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mixelle decided to write a collective diary. The co-authored texts were read out loud while meeting online every Wednesday. Having the opportunity to work in the Gropius Bau Studios, Michell honed her skills in drawing and painting. The presented installation is a work-in-progress.
About
Michell Volta is an artist group, working with performance since 2010. For three years now, Michelle has sung as a choir. In 2018, the vinyl record “ Aber jetzt... denn Lieder bewirken viel” (smareazy) was released.
