We are easy to reach by public transport:
U3 and U9 (Spichernstraße, exit Bundesallee, 3 minutes‘ walk)
Busses 204/249 (Friedrich-Hollaender-Platz, 3 minutes‘ walk)

If you are travelling by car: There is a limited number of parking spaces next to the building on Schaperstraße.

Delivery and Venue hire

Would you like to make a delivery? Please note that the stage and delivery entrance of Haus der Berliner Festspiele is not at Schaperstraße 24 but at Meierottostraße 12.

People with restricted mobility

The Haus der Berliner Festspiele is fitted with barrier-free entrances without steps to the foyer and ground floor auditorium. A barrier-free lift leads to the upper foyers. This lift is equipped with braille lettering. On the ground floor there is a WC for people with restricted mobility. Our front-of-house staff will be happy to assist you!

Opening Hours

Please note that the Haus der Berliner Festspiele does not have regular opening hours. It is usually only open for scheduled events.

Ticket Office at Haus der Berliner Festspiele

The Ticket Office at Haus der Berliner Festspiele is open at the following times:

Monday to Saturday from 14:00 to 18:00

We have extended opening hours during festivals. You can pay by cash, EC card or credit card.

The evening box office opens one hour before the performance begins. Ticket sales for other days are unfortunately not possible during this time.
