Musikfest Berlin 2020 did not only take place on-site at the Philharmonie but also online: In a joint initiative of Musikfest Berlin / Berliner Festspiele and the Berliner Philharmoniker’s Digital Concert Hall, we presented recordings of selected concerts on “Musikfest Berlin Digital”. Exclusive conversations with featured artists as part of the series “Music in Conversation” and essays on the 2020 Musikfest Berlin are still available.

Experience Musikfest Berlin from the comfort of your home: For the first time, we presented recordings of selected concerts from the Philharmonie in a joint initiative of Berliner Festspiele’s Musikfest Berlin and the Berliner Philharmoniker’s Digital Concert Hall. The live streams of the concerts could be enjoyed at the Digital Concert Hall, their recordings were available on our website for 72 hours each.

Our blog entries are an opportunity for you to find out more about this year’s festival programme and to acquaint yourself with the featured artists’ works through audio samples and videos.
