Can Culture Change the City?

Linked to the project Ich bin Berliner, this tour explores participation and civil rights of all Berliners and focuses on transformative processes initiated and driven by arts and culture professionals. It travels through a drama festival conceived for the Tiergarten, a secret cultural exchange across the Cold War divide, and a radio programme that connected East and West – thus ending at the heart of an eternally unfinished “republic”.
