What do you see when you look at Berlin not from the city centre, but from the edges? This tour follows the Ringbahn and traces bold visions that were once imagined along its branch line, beside highways, on an artificial hill, and at a war ruin. The periphery thus becomes the centre from which a “New Berlin” begins to emerge.
