Studio Sessions of the Award Winners 2021

A highlight of the Treffen junge Musik-Szene is the public concert of the award winners. Due to the Corona pandemic, it was not possible for the twelve acts selected by the jury to present their work live in front of an audience in 2021. Instead, the young musicians had the opportunity to record their selected songs in professional studio sessions.

About Treffen junge Musikszene

The Treffen junge Musikszene offers young musicians a platform to present their self-written, lyricized or self-produced music. In addition to public concerts, the Treffen creates a creative space in which the prize-winners can further develop their musical signature in intensive workshops, receive tips and knowledge from professionals for their work, and get to know each other, exchange ideas and jam together.

The Treffen junge Musikszene is part of the Treffen junge Szene of the Berliner Festspiele and is funded as a national contest by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
