Presentation of historic concert recordings from 60 years of Jazzfest Berlin
As part of the collaboration with the broadcasters ARD, who have televised large parts of Jazzfest Berlin over its 60-year history, some historic concert recordings are now being made available to festival audiences free of charge. The outcome is a film programme gathering excerpts of various iconic concerts from the early decades of Jazzfest Berlin, then known as Berliner Jazztage.
The film programme is part of the Jazzfest Research Lab.
