Roberto Paci Dalò

In Two Worlds is the first CD edition of the L’Arte dell’ascolto (‘the art of listening’) label. Its musical material is based on straightforward minimal electronics, including granular synthesis. The individual pieces draw on vocals and samples of soundscapes. In his Berlin live performance, Roberto Paci Dalò will at the same time work on the music and his own filmic shots of different places from all over Europe and America.

Originally, L’Arte dell‘ascolto was an international festival of radio art taking place during the 90ies in Rimini. The festival was one of the first to initiate the web radio and became the originator of the L’Arte dell’ascolto label.
