Marie-Louise Fürnsinn

Marie-Louise Fürnsinn was born in Vienna in 2000 and, after spending time in Berlin, Salamanca and Boston, has now returned to her favourite theatre city, where she spends a lot of her time queuing for the last remaining tickets. She is currently in her final semester studying Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna and will soon start her master’s on oil novels of the 1920s, while also working as an assistant director in children’s and young people’s theatre and on radio drama for the Austrian broadcaster Ö1. She wrote her first theatre reviews for Neue Wiener Theaterkritik and the magazine The Gap. As a student of comparative literature, she is most excited by bold adaptations.
