
Valentina Wong is a Chilean dancer, choreographer, and performer based in Berlin. Her work explores liminal spaces between dance, visual arts and performance, rethinking decolonial discourses through speculative and postnatural lenses. She also leads “SUDAR Sessions” (focused on improvisation and instant composition) and “SOLOS LAB”, a mentorship program for solo works. She researches the connections between performance, spirituality, Indigenous futurism and fiction.
Valentina Wong trained as a classical dancer, graduated in Contemporary Dance (University of Chile) and earned an MA in Scenic Practice and Visual Culture (UCLM, Museo Reina Sofía). She has collaborated with Amanda Piña, Rocío Marano, and Mirjam Gurtner. Her works, including “From Non-Existent Futures”, “Ren…” and “O”, have been shown at Teatro Pradillo (Madrid), Dock 11 (Berlin), Plataforma Berlin Festival and Taller León (Chile).
