Lucile Desamory

Artist and filmmaker Lucile Desamory investigates phenomena of the inexplicable and the uncanny. But Lucile Desamory is not interested in referencing another world, a world beyond, but rather in showing the limits of perception from an explicitly secularistic perspective. Her films and art works have been shown internationally, at Tate Modern, Anthology Film Archives, Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain, Cinémathèque Royale de Belgique, Kunsthalle Zürich and Muzee Oostende among others. Lucile Desamory lives and works in Berlin.
