Antonia Rug

Under the artist name Novaa, musician Antonia Rug has already written, produced and released five albums on her own. In 2022, she was awarded the Pop Culture Prize for ‘Favourite Producer’ and also received the Female Producer Prize. In addition to her own music, she works as a producer and songwriter for a variety of artists, including Alli Neumann, LEA, Wilhelmine, Antje Schomaker, Mogli, ela, YAENNIVER, Mieze Katz, Trille and Lie Ning. Novaa is actively committed to greater diversity in the music scene: she is part of the Female Producer Collective and founded the collective ‘Bableton’, which promotes the visibility and networking of FLINTA* producers. In doing so, she combines her artistic work with a clear social concern and shapes the German music landscape both creatively and structurally.
