Gabriele Reuter

Gabriele Reuter is a freelance choreographer, dance educator and urbanist. She works at the intersection of choreography, education and urban practice. Her artistic works and audio tours have been presented internationally. She teaches movement, improvisation and spatial theory in community centres, youth clubs, universities, dance centres, and seminar and meeting rooms. For over ten years, she co-directed the workshop programme at Tanzfabrik Berlin with Christa Flaig-Isaacs; from 2022 to 2024, she served on the board. Training in New Work and systemic coaching informs her work and her perspective on the scope of dance and embodied knowledge beyond the stage.
