Five friends in their early twenties who have known each other since kindergarten, have been making music together for over ten years – and simply don’t want to stop: That's kleinstadt. Quentin, Timo, Johannes, Fabio and Karl have been travelling under this name since 2020 and have built up a steadily growing fan base with their handmade, honest music.
Their first album “kleinstadt” was released in 2022 and tells of growing up and the small and big moments of youth. A second album followed in 2023 with “all die jahre”, which is dedicated to growing up – personal, reflective and with a lot of emotion. Everything is self-produced, straight from the centre of life and directly from Herrenberg (Baden-Württemberg).
Whether as openers at the Kessel Festival Stuttgart or as two-time guests at the Treffen junge Musikszene in Berlin – kleinstadt not only impress with their music, but also with their genuine cohesion and stage presence.
