Berlin
Elizabeth Blonzen, born 1968 in Gerolstein, lives in Berlin. Studied German philology, philosophy and psychology at the Comprehensive University of Essen and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, studied acting at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule, Munich, numerous engagements at various theatres, including Münchner Kammerspiele, Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Maxim Gorki Theater, Berlin. Work as an author, play “Schwarz tragen”, premiered at Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Berlin, script for “Doppelpass”, audience award of the Neiße Film Festival, guest lecturer at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch”, Berlin.
Mainz
Ilias Botseas, born in 1995 in Erbach (Odenwald), is currently studying theater studies and journalism at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
From 2017 to 2019, he was a young juror at the Theatertreffen der Jugend and an alumnus at the Tanztreffen der Jugend.
In 2019, he also served on the blog editorial board of Treffen junge Musik-Szene, on the social media team of Treffen junger Autor*innen, and as a guest speaker at Theater HochX on the topic of "Adultism in Theater."
Together with Antigone Akgün, he produced the radio play "Zwischen Marmor und Asphalt" (Between Marble and Asphalt) as part of the Frankfurt Forum 2020 of the Children's and Youth Theater Center in the Federal Republic of Germany and curated the audio venue tour of the Performing Arts Festival Berlin 2021.
Köln
Sakiye Boukari was born in Cologne in 2003. She attends the Q2/12th grade of a grammar school and will take her high school degree there in 2021. In age group 7 to 9 she attended a profile class music-theatre-media, but she has already been in touch with theatre at school since grade 1. She has been active in Schauspiel Köln since 2018. In 2019, she was invited as a delegate at the Theatertreffen der Jugend for the play “Concord Floral”. Meanwhile, she is in the ImportExport collective at Schauspiel Köln. She has many interests, including athletics and basketball, and has taken part in various competitions, such as reading competitions in German and French, Jugend debattiert or athletics. Her future plans are uncertain : ) .

Bielefeld
Canip Gündogdu, born in 1978 in Tavşanlı, Turkey and raised in Castrop-Rauxel, has lived in Bielefeld for 23 years. Gündogdu, who studied educational science and theater pedagogy, directs transcultural theater projects as well as integrative theater projects and theater productions with students from all types of schools. His passion is clowning and theater workshops with children, young people and adults. For several years, he has also led theater groups at the Minden City Theater, in Gütersloh and Bielefeld. The productions "Parallele Welten I - Die Insel" (2012), "Parallele Welten III - Ehrlos" (2016) and the group Wunderbar, with the play "Blick nach vorn" (2017), were invited to the Theatertreffen der Jugend in Berlin. He also works as a clinic clown, trainer for vocational preparation measures and lecturer for the LAG Spiel und für Theater NRW e. V..
Schwerin
Born in 1963 in Güstrow, Mecklenburg. Studied at the Leipzig University and in Rostock. She has taught theatre, German and history at the Goethe Gymnasium Schwerin since 1991, where she founded acting as a compulsory elective subject, and as an upper school elementary course. Since 1991 she has been the ensemble director of the theatre group TaGGS, and develops and advises the annual school theatre productions for secondary level pupils. She has been invited several times with these productions to the Theatertreffen der Jugend and to the Schultheater der Länder (SdL). At the SdL 2013 in Schwerin, she was part of the festival preparation team and ran the festival magazine “off”. She has led various theatre workshops including the prizewinners’ meeting of the Körber Foundation’s History Competition.
Freiburg im Breisgau
Andreas Kroder, born in 1972 in Freiburg im Breisgau, has been teaching performing arts, German, history and economics/politics at the Wolfgang-Borchert-Gymnasium in Halstenbek, Schleswig-Holstein, since 2010; prior to that, he held teaching positions in various German states such as Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria and school types such as Real-, Gesamt-, Regional- and Gemeinschaftsschule. In 2012 he took over the play direction of wo-bo-theater-ag and participated with the varying ensembles and their own productions in several state and national theater festivals such as the Schultheater der Länder and the Theatertreffen der Jugend in Berlin. Since 2019 he has been active in training and further education in performing arts and since 2021 he has also been working as a state consultant for performing arts in training, and further education at the Institute for Quality Development at Schools in Schleswig-Holstein.
Berlin
Sebastian Mauksch develops theatre productions for children and young people. In the noughties he created the P14 Youth Theatre at Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz together with young theatre-makers and they established the autonomous-collective-artistic way of working. Further collaboration with the mobile container theatre “Rollende Road Schau” in Berlin’s urban space. From 2008 productions in the Ballhaus Ost. He was a theatre lecturer for people with mental suffering and helper for refugees. From 2016, development and production of participatory theatre performances for children and young people in cooperation with the Treffen junge Szene of Berliner Festspiele and Ballhaus Ost in Berlin.

Bremen
Born in Braunschweig in 1982, she studied cultural studies, aesthetics and applied arts with a focus on theatre at the University of Hildesheim. She was a junior jury member at Theatertreffen der Jugend from 2003 to 2005 and became a jury member at various youth theatre festivals afterwards. From 2004 to 2007, she was the head of Stadttheater Hildesheim’s youth club. Since 2007, she has been a drama teacher and head of the department of theatre education at Theater Bremen, where she developed workshops for schools and educational institutions, teacher trainings as well as her own productions both with young and older people. From 2010 to 2015, she was director of the Forum at Theatertreffen der Jugend.
Berlin
David Paraschiv is a Romanian living in Berlin since 2015. He is currently in his third year of training as an educator. He has been campaigning against racism against Sinti* and Roma* for several years. He works at RomaTrial e. V., a transcultural Roma self-organization, among others in the educational program against antiziganism "WIR SIND HIER!" as well as in the alliance against antiziganism and for Roma* empowerment "BARE". Together with Kuringa e. V., the youth group WIR SIND HIER! developed the theater play of the same name, which was invited to the Theatertreffen der Jugend 2022.
Berlin
Laura Völkel, born in Spremberg in 1997, studies sports science at the Humboldt University in Berlin. She played for six years in the youth club at the Piccolo Theater in Cottbus, under the direction of Matthias Heine. As part of the youth club, collaborations followed with Marcel Sparmann, Zaida Ballesteros Parejo and Golde Grunske, among others. In 2017 she was invited as a player with "KRG." to the Bundestreffen Jugendclubs an Theatern as well as with the play "sag alles ab" to the 38th Theatertreffen der Jugend. With the play "Touch Down" she was awarded in 2016 by the Bund Deutscher Amateurtheater amarena in the category of children's and youth theater, in 2018 she received with the play "KRG." the special prize "Nah dran! - An Award for Democracy Theater". She is currently a guest performer at the Piccolo Theater Cottbus.
