Matthias Dell works as a freelance theatre, film and media critic for Deutschlandradio. On zeit.de, he publishes the Obduktionsbericht, a weekly review of the latest Tatort and Polizeiruf episodes. He also writes for Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung (FAS), Tagesspiegel, Cargo and others. Most recently, Frankfurter Buntbuch No. 72 was published: Peter Hacks auf der Fenne in Groß Machnow (1974–2003).
