Kathleen Kinzel is a project, music and product manager with her own agency (hopkinz.Management & Marketing) and co-owner of the label Lime Caviar Music. She has been working at the intersection of music, innovation and management for over 15 years. She teaches future skills, project management, entrepreneurship and creative industries at SRH Berlin and, with her agency, supports artists, labels and agencies in their strategic development and professionalisation.
