Join us on a discovery tour! Stefanie Görisch will tell you interesting facts on the nature and healing powers of wild plants and show you how to use them as medicine and as delicious herbal complements to your cuisine.
We will sniff, pick and nibble. Afterwards, we will steep the collected herbs to make tinctures. Please bring clean, empty screw-top jars and alcohol (approx. 30%), like korn schnapps or vodka.
