The Award will be presented at a ceremony in Berlin with speakers including singer-songwriter Patti Smith and performances by Irish musician and Academy Award winner Glen Hansard (The Frames, The Swell Season), British Blues Singer Jo Harman, and pianist Gabriela Montero. Irish actress Lisa Dwan will perform the Samuel Beckett piece „Not I“.
