Workshop

Beneath the Stones, Play Emerges!

Workshop by Maria Saridaki

Unearth the playful spirits of Radical Playgrounds! This two-day workshop welcomes everyone to design and experience playful rituals and games in public space. Along with game designers and artists we will invoke stories, remember new ways to connect, craft urban mythologies, and celebrate together the ephemeral existence and echoing spirit of play.

We are calling all playful and creative minds to design ephemeral games and playful rituals for the last weekend of Radical Playgrounds on 13 & 14 July. Are you interested in designing your own urban game, LARP prototype or playful interaction with other creatives? Spaces are limited, so register quickly!
Powered by Trust in Play – the school of urban game design – this workshop offers an opportunity to bring the untold stories of Radical Playgrounds to life and create impermanent playful interactions. Whether you’re an aspiring or experienced urban game designer, artist, or simply a curious creative, you’ll collaborate with others to unearth stories, explore new ways of connecting, and celebrate the unused spaces and materials of Radical Playgrounds.

Prior Experience: novice to veteran
