The Channelling Body – an introduction to the practice

The verbal performance practice of “TRANS-” will be explored. The workshop will focus on awakening the column of energy at the centre of the body signposted by the different glands or chakras. In the second part of the workshop we will approach the ‚describing‘ practise through the Meisner technique.
