In Between Power Structures

What are visible and invisible (power)structures that still determine current developments of hierarchies, role models and work processes in the cultural sector? At what point is it reasonable to cut down on them and how can trancparency, equality and codetermination be achieved? Do these values play a part in international theatre work?

Sonja Anders, head of dramaturgy at Deutsches Theater and future artistic director at Schauspiel Hannover, Brasilian director Mira Laline, who lives and works in Berlin, the Jordanian theatre artist Abdelsamee Abdallah Abouelhamd and cultural journalist Till Briegleb pursue these questions on the panel “In Between Power Structures”, moderated by author and poet Max Czollek.
