At Stückemarkt’s opening event, the invited artists will come together for a conversation with Stückemarkt-juror Laila Soliman about this year’s motto “Against Separation” and their respective works. What has been happening since their application in 2019 and the pandemic-related cancellation of the 2020 Stückemarkt? How have global conditions changed or even focused their interpretation of the topic? What new insights have they gained for their future artistic practice?
