Workshop participants will enter into a productive exchange with the Stückemarkt-authors and gain insight into their modes of artistic work and thought.

How to represent on stage stories of four real poverty-stricken retired women in the most honest, sensitive and ethical way we can? This was the question guiding us through the process of creating “Grannies”. We collaboratively explored and developed documentary performance strategies that we would like to share and discuss in this workshop.
