Finding Your Ghosts

Workshop participants will enter into a productive exchange with the Stückemarkt-authors and gain insight into their modes of artistic work and thought.
Why is the theatrical landscape littered with ghosts? It’s because hauntings provide writers with one of the most elegant containers for expressing grief, history, and the unknowable. But usually, the best way to write a haunting is to find it accidentally. In this workshop, we’ll examine the different forms that hauntings can take, and write our own ghost stories.
