However, they are not frustrated or depressive, but rather simply live in and with these circumstances. The interviews are accompanied by fast-paced, chaotic footage and techno beats that attempt to reflect the modern, hectic, alienating and therefore perhaps not-so-satisfying side of the city. (A.W.)
