The Arabic word ‘madrasah’ means ‘house of learning’. In Hebrew, ‘chavruta’ is a traditional Rabbinic approach to learning in which pairs study a shared text in discussion and debate. More than 15 artists, curators and scholars involved in the TASWIR project have been invited to participate in dialogues with varying partners to be held in the atrium. They will talk about TASWIR, about poetical, subjective and associative representations of visual, literary and acoustic materials in various artistic scenarios. The public is invited to participate in these talks.
