The project Carved to Flow is a support structure embedded within art and the social sphere. It consists of three phases, the first was the Laboratory, the second Warehouse and Distribution and the third phase Germination. At the Gropius Bau this third phase was part of Nkangas solo exhibition There’s No Such Thing as Solid Ground and was managed as a workspace by Nuno Vasconcelos. It focused on local ecologies through research and knowledge sharing, and was an open invitation for talks in the space.
