In this guided tour, Monique Machicao y Priemer Ferrufino, curatorial fellow at Gropius Bau, gives an insight into the exhibition YOKO ONO: MUSIC OF THE MIND

Yoko Ono’s work has been shaping our ideas of art, music and political activism since the 1950s. From the very beginning, she involved the audience in order to initiate processes of social change. This radical approach still has an impact today. Monique Machicao y Priemer Ferrufino shares insightful background information and gives an overview of the exhibition YOKO ONO: MUSIC OF THE MIND, which features over 200 works – written instructions, installations, performances, films, music and photographs.
