As part of Spätschicht x Pop-Kultur Festival, Meg10 plays a DJ set on the half pipe stage outside of Gropius Bau.

Spätschicht – Live-Programm am Gropius Bau is a monthly series of free events with an interdisciplinary programme ranging from concerts and talks to film screenings, book discussions and DJ sets. In addition to the DJ set, you can also look forward to a Queer Ping Pong tournament, performances by Jimmy Robert’s class, a screening of the fictional docu-soap Le Ping Pong d’Amour by Team Ping Pong, a DJ sets by Sveamaus and a concert by Wa22ermann.

Meg10 is one of the most compelling DJs to come out of Berlin. Her political outspokenness and love for Y2K Hip Hop & RnB are key components to her sonic ID. With her genre-bending sound that combines elements of Rap and Electronic Music, as well as her feminist endeavors to foster a more female and queer inclusive club scene, Meg10 has been shaking up Germany for the last seven years. As the founder of Germany’s most talked about femme focused club night Hoe_mies, Meg10 has birthed a whole new generation of female and gender minority DJs and pioneered awareness in the Berlin club space and beyond.

During the event, photographs and video recordings may be made in which you may be recognisable. By attending, you consent to these recordings being used to communicate the event or exhibition.
